In compliance with article 13 of Law Decree 196/2003 containing the “Code concerning the protection of personal data” in the capacity of Data Controller, the author informs you that any personal data acquired with reference to established relations shall be processed in full observance of the above-mentioned law. The data you provide, or, in any case, the data available from your company, shall be processed using electronic and non-electronic instruments and shall be processed for contractual requirements and for the resulting fulfillments of the legal and contractual obligations deriving from the same and also in order to achieve an efficient management of commercial relations. In particular, in order to acquire and manage your orders and associated obligations of a fiscal nature and also for the purposes of assigning debits/credits of a commercial nature.
We  inform you that the conferment of such data is obligatory with regard to the requirements of legal and contractual obligations. Therefore, total or partial refusal to provide them shall make it impossible for the author to enforce the contractual relations themselves.
Excluding any communications and notifications made in executing legal and contractual obligations, the data provided to the author will be used solely for legal obligations and may be notified for the sole purposes of protecting credit and the best management of the respective rights relating to the individual commercial relationship, in particular to:

• Credit recovery and credit insurance companies;
• Commercial databases;
• Consultants and service companies,
• Professionals for the fulfillment of fiscal and accounting obligations.
• Under no circumstances will your personal data be subject to circulation.

Finally, please note that you are entitled to the rights pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196, and, in particular, the right to access your own personal data, to ask that they should be corrected, updated or cancelled, if they are incomplete, wrong or collected in breach of the law.
